Bicycling all that distance and going up those hills was intense enough for me. I applaud and deeply respect what you've done. Do you find that you enjoy exercise more than before?
When class starts up again in late August and I'll have less time again, I'm sure that I'll need to kick up the intensity, although I enjoy bicycling a lot more than running. I'll get free access to the gym, where they have fitness assessments, nutrition assessments, and body fat composition assessments! I can move to doing treadmill work, although I don't see myself enjoying that. They also have various fitness classes, and while that might be more social and fun, I also get self-conscious easily. I was skinny when I was a kid, but never coordinated and hence always picked last for the team... *laughter in the tears*

That is awesome you have free gym access I workout from home.
Yes, I do enjoy exercising a lot more now . I still have days I don't want to do anything but I generally push through it and I am happier once I do
Thank you again and good luck with your goals

My first reaction was how unhappy you looked and with each picture you began to shine, you have so much to be proud of and your guy sounds like a Godsend. Keep up the good work!
