My Mini Goals:
1) Workout 30+ min 5x/wk
2) Increase Workout to 45+ min 5x/wk by 2/26/2012
3) Weigh less than 225 by 4/1/2012
4) Weigh less than 195 by 9/9/2012
5) 150 (Goal Weight suggested by my doctor and 35% weight loss)

It was actually your post that helped me find this forum!
I have to agree with the others, your post here is DEFINITELY an inspiration!
I did decide to have the WLS but now am rethinking that decision. You lost the weight without the WLS and that is really what I want to be able to do.
Thank you for posting your story and before/after photos! That helps me know that it IS possible to lose all this weight!

LOOK AT YOU!!! I think I have already commented on this thread before, but I just cannot believe the transformation from your before pics to now!!! You look AT LEAST 10 years younger. Your skin is glowing and your smile says it all.
I just wanted to say congrats on your progress so far and keep up the good work.
BTW, I did also see the other pics where you were comparing those pants. YES, that button has definitely moved over more.

Well, it was a gradual change but yes, it was pretty intense especially for someone who had not been active in years and years
