Achievement seems to be connected with action. Successful men and women keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don't quit.

It was actually your post that helped me find this forum!

I have to agree with the others, your post here is DEFINITELY an inspiration!

I did decide to have the WLS but now am rethinking that decision. You lost the weight without the WLS and that is really what I want to be able to do.

Thank you for posting your story and before/after photos! That helps me know that it IS possible to lose all this weight!

Michelle:

'Bout time to change your username, girl!!! haha.

LOOK AT YOU!!! I think I have already commented on this thread before, but I just cannot believe the transformation from your before pics to now!!! You look AT LEAST 10 years younger. Your skin is glowing and your smile says it all.

I just wanted to say congrats on your progress so far and keep up the good work.

BTW, I did also see the other pics where you were comparing those pants. YES, that button has definitely moved over more.

You went from walking five miles to jogging 30 minutes a day, twice a day?! Wow, that transition must have been intense.

Well, it was a gradual change but yes, it was pretty intense especially for someone who had not been active in years and years
