Wow you look great. I saw the dates on the pictures and saw that the last one taken was 2009 you should post your 2010 pic. I love that your bf came all the way from NY to see you. By the way you are totally right about not feeling guilty over occastionally eating something unhealthy. Everytime I break my own food rules I am always kicking my own butt it's something I need to stop doing.
You rock!

OMG!!!!.....I applaud you...and I admire your strength. I think you just gave me a whole lot of much needed motivation. I know you did this for yourself but in a way you did it for everyone you touch with your story as well. Congrats and my you continue to reach every life goal you ever have. Thank you.

My gosh, you are absolutely amazing! You being inspirational is an understatement. Good job!!! I don't know if you'll even see my post, but have you ever gotten to a plateau? If so, how'd you get past it? I have always had troubles with plateaus. And I already work out really intensely so working out even more intense is kinda out of the question lol. I have 25 more pounds to lose till I'm at my goal, but those evil plateaus get in the way!

I just found your story here and I'm so glad I did! You're truly an inspiration and I love how you laid it on the line - losing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is all about hard work - there are no short cuts!
Congratulations!
Tam
