Congratulations, Lynn! Doesn't it feel great to be on the downhill slope? I've lost the majority of my 33 pounds the slow way, at around 1.3 pounds per week. It seems slow when you're logging weekly, but after a month it's a good 6 pounds. After 3 months, that's 18 pounds. 1.5 pounds isn't so much; 18 pounds is significant! As you say, I will take what I can get.
