New Mini Goal

Went to the doctor on Friday and had lost 15 pounds since my last visit to him. I am diabetic and the doc said that if I lose 20 more pounds we can discuss taking away some of my medication, so my new mini goal is to lose that 20 pounds.

That is wonderful! I went to the doctor yesterday and he was shocked I had lost 25 pounds. I had told him last time I saw him that I was gonna lose weight, guess he didn't believe me :)
