Default 10% of bodyweight lost!

I've lost 10% of my bodyweight!

I'm a calorie counter who has been here since early January, when I finally decided that I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I googled around for "weight loss support" and guess what popped up.....3FC. I am SO GLAD I found you guys!

Anyway, I love my data so I track everything on a spreadsheet. Friday is the day I record my weight (I weigh every day) and today as I was logging it I realized that I've met my first goal of 10% of my bodyweight lost! Yay!

I also had a dream last night that I had a pair of really cute size 14 jeans in the closet and I slipped them on and they looked CUTE. OK, that part isn't happening yet but I remember how happy I felt so now that's something to shoot for. Thanks for all your support, everyone!

Congratulations!

Okay, this is probably a stupid question, (but I suck at math, and always sucked at math, haha)

How do you calculate out 10% of your body weight gone?

Hi, congratulations!!

I like your method!

Also, you inspired me to make my -10% the first "real" goal. I am allways kidding myself by a few pounds off and than gaining it back. I have calculated how much is 10 %. It does not sound mouch when I say 10 % but when I say 22 pounds in sound a lot!

Hope I will post here soon as you are - 10% less! :-)

10% would pretty much be the first two digits of your weight. If you weigh 170, 17 would be 10%. If you weigh 265, 26.5 would be 10%.

Congradulations, remember every pound counts so you will have that size 14 jean in your closet before you know it...
