Good job! Getting started is always so hard. Speaking of which, I think I'm going to follow your lead today and finally assemble the new exercise toy I received

Good for you!

My mom still has clothes hanging on hers, but I use mine almost every day! (After leaving the first one I bought in the box for so long that when I finally assembled it and broke it I was already out of warranty... )

I love the ept. I think its a great machine. Definitely works out the legs. Im not to fond of the treadmill. Which hurts my legs. Does anyone else notice this? or just me.

When I lost the weight before....If I would want to really get myself going at a nice pace I'd jump on the treadmill....If I"m really trying to burn I go for the ellip.
