Congratulations! I left the 220's about 4 weeks ago it is a big milestone. Every pound is hard work. I am now trying to get below 210 for my next big milestone. I need to lose about 4 more pounds to get there. I will be really excited when I get below 210 because then I will know ONEderland is just around the corner!!
You go girl! Every 5 lbs DOES COUNT! If you don't believe it, go to the store and pick up a 5 lb bag of sugar and walk around with it. Then when it gets heavy put it back down. That's exactly what you don't have to carry around anymore :-)! Cool, huh? I think this exercise gets harder though the more you lose, though - GRIN! Congrats!
