Default The first 10 pounds gone
In March I started my weight loss program to lose 50 - 60 pounds. This morning when I weighed in I have lost 10 pounds. I know the first 10 pounds or so are the easist but at least I am on my way to where I want to be by the summer of 2010. I just had to share. I even hit a 4 - 5 day plateau which normally makes me give up but I stuck with it.
