Default Bye bye 50 lbs!!! Don't come back!
As of today I have officially lost FIFTY POUNDS!!

I really can't believe I've stuck it out this long. And believe me, I have noticed the changes. I haven't had an asthma attack in 6 months. My "fat" clothes are falling off. I feel happier and every step I take is so much easier.

The other day I walked past the TV that was turned off and caught a glimpse of my reflection. OMG.. curves? I have curves! I'm not a "lump" anymore. It felt really good.

There's a long way to go. I never honestly believed I could do this when I first began last May. And I have fallen off the wagon many many times, but I just get back on and try again. Everyone on this board is wonderful and supportive and you all definitely have a hand in my success so far. Thank you!

My next mini goal will be 63 lbs. lost, which is the halfway mark. Can't wait.

Thanks for reading! I hope to post pics once my scanner is working.

Fantastic job. So happy that you did not give up, even though you may have felt like you wanted to, but you did not. Your mind is such a powerful instrument and you totally used it for the good, your good. Way to go and I am so excited for you. Girlie, you are on fire.
