Julie, Thank you so much for posting your series of pictures. I have been trying to get my DH to take some of me but we haven't gotten around to it yet - now I will before I lose any more! One question on a personal note, from the front view, it appears your cup size may not have decreased (although the inches around sure have!) I barely fill out a 38B cup and don't want to loose the little I have to keep the bra fabric filled. (Wonder if there is a thread regarding this issue??) Anyway, Great job on changing your lifestyle so this weight loss will be a permanent change. jeanette

The size of the chest is deceptive because I took the first pictures in one of those plain pullover sport bra things that give no support and flatten you, and the last one finally took pictures in a real bra. I went from I think a 40E or thereabouts to now I'm wearing a 34D which is a little too big, so I'll be getting a 32C or 32D I guess. The actual chest measurement went from something like 43-44 inches to now about 36-37.
Definitely take pictures! They are so helpful when you've lost 20 or 40 pounds and feel like you look the same.

Awesome job,Julie, you are an inspiration! I too want to become healthier. I have a problem since I have to really moderate the fruits and veggies due to IBS. I am trying toreduce my portions and eat very healthy snacks. Thanks for the pics.

thanks for sharing - I loved reading your thoughts, and your photos are very inspirational. I too am heading more toward more vegetarian meals, but DH is not so keen. so far we just have meatless Mondays, but it is a start.
