63 pounds gone....
63 pounds gone....and I am no longer morbidly obese, for the first time in more years than I can count! My BMI is now 39.7! That motivates me so much, to lose the next 60 or so pounds!

 on the 60lbs lost and for getting out of the morbidly obese category on the BMI scale.
I remember how sweet it felt to get out of that category and how motivating it was to work in to the over weight category.

Wow, that is a lot of weight. A high-five and "CONGRATULATIONS" is definitely deserved!

Updated with pictures!
The first is me, at near 274 pounds. And, you all should be proud of me posting a fat picture of myself in a bathing suit!
The second picture is at about 230 pounds, 45 pounds down. My friend did a photo shoot of me, and that was the only full body.
The last one is at my sister's wedding, September 14th. I was about 215 pounds at that point! (I figure you guys won't be able to see much difference between then and the 7 pounds I've lost in the meantime, heh)
