Talking My first 5 lbs!


I joined Weight Watchers 2 weeks ago and I've already met my first mini-goal! My birthday is coming up on the 13th, and I had pledged to lose at least 5 lbs. in 2 1/2 weeks. Well, at my first weigh-in last Saturday, I was down 3 lbs.!! I couldn't make it this morning because we're in the middle of a serious snowfall and winter storm, but I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was down another 2 lbs. So it looks like my 5 lb goal is already met... AND I still have 5 days to go before my birthday.
I feel fantastic... it's amazing how much of a confidence boost this has been.
