I weighed in this morning (I do it only once a month) and am happy to find I'm down to 165. The goal for the month was 4 and I lost only 3, but that's okay. Slow and steady. I'm thrilled that my efforts are having results, even if they're not earth-shaking!

good for you! your body will be less likely to "want" to put the weight back on if you go slow -- great job! Good luck getting to your final goal!

AWESOME!!! I will be so happy when the scale no longer says anything in the 170s. I have been here far too long and am ready for new numbers, too! Keep going, you can do it!!
