20% Gone since January!!

Well I have had an interesting journey, but I have lost 20% of my starting weight!!!!! YIPEE!!!! Had a couple of months of plateauing.(mind you I was not as disciplined with the food or exercise) but now I am on track and heading south on the scale.

If I lose 12 more pounds I will be in Onederland!!
