Default 30 pounds gone!

I weighed myself this morning and saw 157! That's 30 pounds from my starting weight of 187!!! I never thought I would be able to stick to this diet and lose 30 pounds, but I did it and it feels awesome! I'm still a chunky monkey and have rolls in all the wrong places, and have 17 pounds to go before I hit my goal, but I love being able to say to myself "I was able to commit to this and keep going for 30 whole pounds!" It makes the next 17 pounds not look so bad although I know they will be tough to get off. I am known for not being able to commit to anything for too long term, so I am happy that I have been able to keep this up for 21 weeks. Another small victory -I tried on a bunch of size 12 pants last night that I haven't worn in about 4 years and most of them fit. That was also a small pat on the back for me! I can't wait to get to my goal of 140. Here I come!
