Default Finally made my Under 200 Goal!

I'm so happy, and so shocked (because I ate a lot at the Labor Day Cookout) when I weighed in tonight I saw that I am down to 199.6!!!

To keep yesterday's cookout from ruining my "Get under 200" Goal, I am going to have to work my butt off all week and not eat off my plan at all!

I do NOT want to see the number 200 on the scale again!

Eat clean -- I've been primal/paleo since May 2010 Click here for more on how I feel.
Move everyday-- options - walking, biking, dvds - Jillian Michael's, pilates, or yoga
Get plenty of sleep - everything else will be easier when I do this![/COLOR]
