I saw 224.5 on the scale this morning, down from 226.5 last Monday. This is my first significant loss since the end of May, making me a calorie counting convert. But my point for this post is that I've officially, after six months and a few days, lost 25 pounds (26, actually), 10% of my starting weight of 250.5. It feels like the first corner and I'm pretty excited! My next goal is 220 by October 1.
Thomas Edison said, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." With that in mind, I'm testing out weight lost method 10,001 as of June 2015.
