So I met my August goal. I cannot even describe how good it feels to know I did exactly what I set out to do. It gives me so much encouragement for next month's goal. I used to think I was just meant to be 137 and I couldn't break the plateau, but not anymore. I was so patient and I never gave up, even when I was upset that it wasn't going as fast as I wanted it to (that's usually about when I head for the dominoes box!!).
Just wanted to share my excitement. What are everyone elses goals for September?
