Default oh my gosh.....


I did an 8-minute mile run today!!!!


And afterwards, I still had the energy to do a 12-minute mile, followed by a mile-long walk to cool-down!!!

where the heck did this strength come from??? After a week of beating myself up because I binged too much...?!

I'm so proud of myself for this one!!

thanks girls!!!! it took me a month+ of jogging/running to build up to it, and I originally aimed for 10-min........but I guess I surprised myself!

GOOD JOB!!! 8 minute mile is incredible.... a lot of people seriously can't even do 10! You're a lot more fit than you think!
