A year ago, a picture inspired me

to really get on the weight loss. I had stalled at 163 and was not taking it seriously. A really bad, but revealing, photo changed my actions. I joined the gym and started keeping better track. I had a small set back this winter, but got back to it as soon as I could.

This summer I have this picture, and I am thrilled!!!
