I have a hard time believing this, but I made it to under 200. I can't remember the last time this happened. ( I'm 55, but my memory is still pretty good, so I know it's been many, many years.....lol)
The key thing for me is to think of my eating habits as a way of life,
nothing temporary, no gimmicks.
