Default My 11 Minute Mile
For the first time today I ran a full mile without stopping to walk. It took me 11 minutes, which I'm quite proud of!
Yes it was hard, even grueling I might say, but I didn't die, and I even think I can do it again tomorrow!

That's outstanding and no easy feat! I'm a big walker, and I like to sprinkle a little running into my walks, but I never go for more than a 1/4 mile or so before I walk again. Keep up the excellent work!!

congrats...that's an awesome feeling. Soon you'll be doing 2 miles then who knows...you may be racing in a 5k or 10 k or if your crazy enough...a marathon...great job!!!!
