A few months ago I started to try running on the treadmill. At first I did intervals of 1 minute running then 2 minutes, then 5 minutes and have been working my way up slowly.
Last night I ran for 30 minutes non stop
Then I walked for 10 minutes and then as I was feeling good, I ran for another 20 minutes non stop
I can hardly believe that I'm capable of such a feat!
