Starting to see myself ..... going!

well its not much but i have lost 10lbs since july and am quite proud as some pants i bought at the start of my diet were a UK size 12 which was annoying because i usualy fit into a size 10 ..... anyways .... i can now a month on only wear the size 12's with a belt and i bought a pair of size 10 shorts that were quite loose! i cant wait to crack size 8's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D not a big diff in my upper body but heck i am so happy right not i'll just have to wait for that to happen! :carrot: :D :cloud9:

*oh and i am expecting to extend my goal...... :D

Well done it is really nice to see clothes becoming looser or even too big as it means that our change in life style has paid dividends.

Keep up the good work and you will soon be at your goal weight.
