Wow, since 7/1 I've lost TEN POUNDS. I'm surprised and very happy!
I've been cutting down portion sizes big time to "normal" sizes, cutting out my beloved donuts & sweets, and have been walking more regularly and doing strenuous yard work.
Being serious about weight loss is new to me, so I'm wondering if some of this is "water weight" that people talk about losing in the early days of dieting. Time will tell!
It sure helps motivate me!
