We are travling, and at a rest area, a woman approached me and said, "You are my ideal weight." It was just the nicest thing to hear! She said she had lost a lot of weight many years ago, and that now that she drives a truck, she didn't see how she could do it. I told her about 3FC, and how much it has helped me.
It certainly has helped me stay on program this week. Start to have another dinner roll? Think of the nice trucker lady who says I am her ideal.
