Today I had to get up to exercise, so the alarm clock started ringing and I thought "ohh it´s so so cold (it´s winter here), I won´t exercise today, I wanna sleep one more hour". So I turned off the alarm clock and tried to sleep again, but 5 minutes after that I got up, put on my clothes and got ready to exercise!!!
I´m so happy! I know it´s not much but I took the healthy choise and that´s new for me!
