I weighed 171! I was stuck at 173-5 for sooooooo long and then all the sudden the scale moved yay!
I also measured at training and here are my before and after measurements: Chest: was 38 and is now 35. Waist: was 30 and is now 28. Hips: was 43 and is now 41. The was measurements are from when I was at 190 and man do I feel better at 171! Oh and my body fat went from 32% to 27% woohoo!
My goal is to be at 165 by my birthday August 19th and it's a very realistic goal so it will be a wonderful birthday present to myself. I just wanted to express some of my excitement and share my success!
