These are just itty-bitty goals compared to the amazing successes some of you have had, but I wanted to share.
I've met my first goal of dropping 8 lbs to hit 140 by July 8th! I've consistently seen 140.0 on my scale twice this week! That means the 130-somethings are coming soon!
The other little success I had this week is with weight lifting. I've been putting some time in at the gym and I've noticed some results! I've been noticing more muscle in general, but I had a quantifiable success this week. When I started, I could barely do a set of one-armed rows with a 15 lb weight. This week, doing them with a 15 lb weight was downright easy! (Almost) like lifting a feather! I had to do my sets with 20 lb weights, and one half-set with a 25 lb weight! I'm STRONG!
