On June 1st I weighed 159.8. I decided to set a modest goal of being at 155 by July 1st. Well, today, 1 week away from my deadline, I weighed in at 154.3. I'm in total shock and feel like crying. Finally! Anyway, just wanted to share. I have learned so much about nutrition, and exercise, and have been so inspired by, you wonderful ladies and this site. Thank you!!
