Talking Can Fat People Bungy Jump? Well I did!

Always one to create a stir...I just wanted to let everyone know that I am 239lbs and I jumped head first off an enormous bridge with only a tiny elastic rope around my ankles...It was the most terrifying thing I have ever done in my whole life...Standing on the edge of the bridge...looking down at the swirling water way, way, way below...and thinking I am going to jump down into that. I still cannot believe I was actually able to work through my fear/terror and take the plunge. It was unbelievably liberating.

I have more pictures on my Blog...and will be adding more to my Photo Album...but I guess I just wanted to brag...If I can do that...then we can do anything...losing the remaining 63lbs that I have to loose should be a breeze for me after that. We shall see. I would never have even considered doing something like that if I hadn't lost the 95lbs that I already have. So for me this was a huge achievement in my life.

WOW! You are incredible.

You have conquered one of my greatest fears/fantasies (I am deathly afraid of that kind of thing yet intrigued by it fully!).

I love bungie jumping! I haven't done it for years.

Honestly! Why do aerobics? Stand on the edge of a bridge ready to jump off. I guarantee your heart rate is up!

Congrats to you! It's a great high!
