On the 14th May I reached my 10% goal!!! I am so proud of myself. I think my 10% goal was 10.6kg - which seemed like such a huge amount back when I started, but now I've lost 12.1kg.. and am on my way to reaching 20kg! LOL only another (what feels like) 1,000,000 to go

It's wonderful to reach that first 10%. That's the one the doctors all say makes the first great difference in your health, and as women it makes a difference in our appearance too.

Keep up the good work. You're a great inspiration to those of us just starting out. When I get to 10%, I will be shouting from my rooftop!
