Yay! Ahead of schedule...
Got on the scale and I'm 144.6 (and this was a mid-day weigh-in too! so I epect to be 1-2 pounds lighter when I do my usual morning scaling, thus haven't gotten to updating my ticker yet)
So I already met my summer goal (see siggy - originally set for June 20-something, then pushed up to June 1st, but I even made it ahead of that!
). Now I can work on my final 10 pounds!!
Current program: 1,800 calories most days of the week; 45-60 minutes of mixed exercises (weights, cardio-kickbox, dance, athletic intervals) 6 days a week
Current goal: 135 pounds by birthday (July 14th) and to run half marathon at end of May.
