I joined a gym yesterday. I've been walking outside for the last few weeks, but I know that I'd find excuses not to exercise when it gets hotter. So, I joined an all women's gym (Healthworks) in Boston and am going for my first workout tonight.

Good for you. Smart. Nip those excuses in the bud. I use the "its too hot" excuse a lot last year. Going to do better this year.
