Lots of spring water and eating much better and i been taking green tea extract pills.
Yogurt for breakfast
Yogurt or slimfast shake for lunch
I have a good size dinner ..like baked or grilled chicken with veggies..broiled pork recipe that i found here...sometimes i will have a veggie stir fry without the steak..Things like that..and if i get hungry at night i may have some fruit.
I do have a crap meal once a week as i cannot resist..i had a extra cheese peparoni pizza this week and tacos last week lol
It's only been 3 weeks so i'm still looking for good recipes...once i get my treadmill things should move much faster!!
