Lost half my excess weight

I get married in 8 days and I've lost half my excess weight - 49 lbs :carrot: I've still got a lot to lose but I'm feeling so much better - I've dropped 3 dress sizes too (I can shop anywhere now - not just in specialist shops :D ) I look so much better - I'm not dreading the wedding photos any more :D

After Christmas my weight had soared to 19 st 12 :( I did lipotrim for 6 weeks to kick start my diet and since then have been on the Slimming World plan.

I love reading the success stories on the 3FC forum - they keep me going when "the munchies" attack :o
