OOOOh....and if you weigh on the drs type scales you get to move that big ol' heavy weight down....I want to be under 150 soooooo bad! You should be so proud. It's been a really long time for me too. :P

I weigh on my own digital scale in the mornings and in undies. I'll probably still weigh more than 150 by dr. scales.

I feel like you, but my number is 159. Isn't it great! I also tried on an Old Navy white dress shirt that I have owned for 3 years and it has never fit me properly. Well, it fits!! No pulling at the bustline and it is tucked in, with a belt and I FEEL GREAT!! Keep up the great work!! Sylvia from NS
