I was going to wait to post till I hit my mini-goal of 145 but I am just so thrilled that I had to share.
I am able to fit into all my pre-pregnancy clothes (my son will be 1 next week). Also many people have commented that I have lost weight!!! Another plus -- I am able to feel muscles in my arms - yeah. The strength training is having an effect.
All of you have been such a great inspiration to me. I love reading your success stories and I know I can get down to my goal weight.
