Default NSV, I weighed a pound more

well ive been dieting again, for just over a week ( I got down to 125 and put weight back on which im trying to loose).
I think it was thursday I was 2 pounds down, and now today I get on the scale on one of them is back.
My intial reaction was a bit like this
and then I was thinkin fad diet here I come!
But now Ive decided it doesnt matter, firstly it could just be a natural fluctiation, and will just mean I loose more next week and secondly if I carry on regardless it will be gone in the end anyway.
If I can get myself used to eating smaller portions and watching what I eat, dieting and maintaing wont be such a chore.
I feel Im already more satisfied with smaller meals and Im not snacking 24/7, which I guess will help me alot more in my diet, than loosing an extra pound.

Well, good that your attitude is definitely NSV material! It is frustrating when those pounds come sneaking back but it is reality that our bodies fluctuate. Hang in there!

I've had my weight flucuate 4 pounds in a day I just figure its water weight. As previously posted just drink more water to keep your body from holdin onto it.

Well how tall are you? Maybe 133 is where your body wants to stop? But keep up the hard work and Im sure it will pay off. Could it be muscle?

I am also 2 lbs more in the last 2 days after having lost 6 lbs on Jenny Craig. I think I ate some salty snack and is showing up on my scale. What am I doing about it? I am going to drink more water as everyone suggested, keep exercising more and be very careful around those challenging days like today that I have a picnic to go to and tomorrow that I have a wedding and then on mother's day Sunday. Very very challenging, but I've gone this far and I need to keep going.
