Everyone has great goals that they are striving for and/or met! Keep up the good work!
I have been a gym rat since March. I started at 210 pounds and I am still 210 punds BUT I have lost inches!! Inches in the waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs even the circumference of my head and my double chin is slowly melting away. There is an 1" gain in my calves but they are sculpted from the cardio and weight programs I do. One hour or more of cardio and 30 minutes of free weights and I take mini walks and stretches in between.
So although this wasn't a preconceived goal, it has certainly turned out to be a success.
