Talking Lost my first 10%!

I have met my first 10% weight loss goal!!!

For me this meant 29lbs. I can't believe I made it. I usually give up somewhere around 20lbs, but I kept going and I am seeing the changes!!!

Also...my BMI went from 57 to 50!

And now I'm really not going to give up!

Marcia! I know how I felt when I reached my 10% goal and received my 10% key ring from WW. Give yourself a pat on the back and celebrate. Keep up the great work.
