Default A few small victories this week

I hit 25 pounds lost today. After spending weeks either stagnant or up a couple pounds, I broke the 178 wall down. Course, tomorrow I have a trip to an Italian festival and buffet, lol. But I'll be okay. I'll enjoy it and next day, it's back to business.

I took my CPR recertification class yesterday and finally wasn't literally sweating bullets and feeling like I needed CPR myself by the end of it. Although, at one point, we each had to demonstrate the defibrillator by ourselves with the others watching and, naturally, I thought about the size of my butt. Anyway, worst thing today is my knees are red and kinda hurt from kneeling on the floor so much! But still not too bad.

Then my boss asked me if I had lost weight and that I look great.

So all those little things were kinda nice even though I didn't really exercise the last few days and have a cough/cold.
