Since January 1st of this year! I'm aiming for about 8-10 pounds a month and so far I am right on target. It is sort of emotional for me to be back here (but what about weight loss isn't emotional?) because I haven't been this "thin" since I first did Weight Watchers when I was sixteen. I started there at 224 and got all the way down to 201...so I have NEVER been in onederland! But this time I am going to get there. What's another 15 pounds when I have already lost 30?
I'm down from squeezing into an 18 to squeezing into a size 14...next stop, squeezing into a 12. I think I'm going to start going back to Weight Watchers just for the support, but I'm proud to say that this 30 pound loss has come from sheer motivation to feel better and look better...plus a lot of support from you guys on here. So thanks for that!
