Thumbs up My First Mini-Goal Met!

I cannot believe it! I did not think I would get here, and here I am! Whoo hoo!
Plus I did my first aerobics in over 20 years this morning

Makes me want to stick to my eating plan! Thanks to all who respond when I need support. I'm trying to be there for others like people are there for me.

Way to go, Lisa!! You're getting closer and closer to your final goal and there's no doubt in my mind that you'll get there. Keep up the outstanding work!

Great job, Lisa!

I think it really does help to stay focused on the mini-goals, the few pounds at a time rather than worry about the ultimate goal and time frame. You meet your mini-goals enough times and VOILA, you're at goal weight.
