I am new here (waves hi to everyone
) and figured I'd add my tiny goals and accomplishments at very least so I can see them.
In the past two weeks I have managed to do at least 2 songs on my MP3 player on my Elliptical machine daily
(just bought one a few weeks ago)
I've since added some arm free weights to that as well as situps.
My small goals are to keep that up PLUS:
-Add in a long power walk at least once a week or more
-Start some Pilates DVDs again at home
-eating as healthy as I can!
