Default Week 2 Measurements

I am absolutely amazed. I've only been on this plan for a week, and already I'm seeing results! I just took my measurements (which I'm planning on doing every Wednesday because I don't have a scale), and from last Wednesday my hips have gone down a half inch, my waist 1.5", and my pooch (you know, that big flab right under your belly button?) is 1" smaller as well. I'm so happy, and so amazed that only 1 week can make such a difference!

Wow!!! Dropped an inch in your belly pooch in just 2 weeks!!! I must know what you are doing??!!! I would love to drop an inch in my belly area. I'm afraid my belly is never going to go anywhere. I'm sure my thighs and butt are going to get pretty toned...and my shoulders, but not so sure about that abdonimal area. What are you doing girl????????

Maybe now I should add that when I checked a week later, I had lost another half inch off my pooch and a full inch off my waist (hips were the same, but my hips always refuse to give up the poundage). Yay for me!

Lumifan4ever, to answer your question I've just been counting calories and going to the gym. I eat around 1400 calories per day, have cut out a LOT of dairy, and have done treadmill and weights 4x per week. But I've actually been thinking of either upping my calories or only going to the gym 3x; with the end of the semester my lilfe is getting super busy and I'm getting tired a lot. I'll figure it out.
