Yesterday I completed my 40-day sugar fast, which was not as hard as I was expecting. So I decided to see how far I've come by "taking today off" from my healthy eating and exercise. I did everything today that I did before starting on my journey...didn't exercise the morning, skipped breakfast, ate bad food...etc..
Wow. Do I feel terrible! My morning felt like a total waste of time without exercise, my stomach hurts from the food that I used to eat. I can't wait to go to bed tonight so that I can wake up tomorrow and get back to being the new me.
