I finally hit the 50 pound mark!!!
Just another 90 to 100 pounds to go!!
One third of the way there!

1st Goal: 300
2nd Goal: 50 LBS
3rd Goal: 100 LBS
4th Goal: Onederland
5th Goal: 179 LBS (No longer obese!)
GOAL: 150 LBS

That's great! I'm sure you have worked really hard. If you look at your goal in phases you are more than 1/2 way there! Now I am really motavated. Thanks for posting.
