1st 10 pounds GONE!

    I finally met my first 10 pound mini goal!!!

    I'm back comfortably in to a size 16. My next goal is to lose 6 more pounds before my birthday which is in 6 weeks. I can not wait to get in to a size 14. I haven't been a size 14 since I was a freshman in high school. Size 14 here I come!!!

    Ten Pounds is Awesome!!! Have you thought about buying a ten pound dumbbell to use as a trophy / daily affirmation??? It works ... anytime I feel down or like I want to eat unhealthy I can pick it up (or just look at it)!!

    P.S. The little one is too cute!!
